AI-powered MVPs for founders

Cut your ideadown to the slicethat ships.

A thin slice is one path through every layer of your product: real screens, real logic, real AI, real data, deployed. I build it in four weeks for a fixed price, and you own all of it.

The Four-Week MVP

Fixed scope, fixed price, and a demo every week so you always know where things stand. You pay in three parts tied to milestones you can see and click.

Scope call

30 minutes. We find the one path your first users need, and I send a written scope with a fixed quote.

The core path

Your main workflow works end to end with real data. Midpoint demo on a call.

AI + polish

The AI feature gets tuned on your real inputs. Real users click through it and we fix what they hit.

Launch

Production deploy, handoff walkthrough, and two weeks of bug fixes after launch. The code is in your GitHub.

Slice your idea

Most MVPs fail by trying to be v3. Toggle features in and out and watch the four-week bar. Anything that doesn't fit goes on the v2 list, which is a plan, not a loss.

Example estimates. Your scope call sets the real ones.

    SteelFlo

AI takeoff and estimating for steel fabricators. Estimators upload construction drawings and get the steel quantities and costs back, work that used to take days of hand counting. I founded it and built it, and fabricators use it on real bids today.

    Fixed prices

You get a written quote before any work starts. If an idea turns up mid-build, it goes on the v2 list with its own price, so the bill you agreed to doesn't change.

    AudreyGraham

I'm a Director of AI Solutions and Product Strategy. I architect AI systems, lead product decisions and write the production code, often in the same week.

Thin Slice is how I work with a few founders at a time. You talk to me directly from the first call to launch, with no account managers and no handoff to a junior team. I've founded a company, so I build the way I'd want my own money spent: the smallest thing that proves the business, done properly.

    Before you ask

Short answers to the questions every founder asks on the first call.

    Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your GitHub, deploys to your hosting account, and uses your API keys from day one.

    What do you build with?

Usually Next.js and TypeScript, Postgres through Supabase, and Vercel for hosting, with Claude or OpenAI models for the AI work. If your project needs something else, we pick it on the scope call.

What if I want to add something mid-build?

It goes on the v2 list with its own estimate. You decide whether it waits for after launch or swaps out something of the same size.

Can it really ship in four weeks?

Yes, because the scope is cut to fit four weeks before we start. Bigger ideas get split into slices, and each slice ships on its own.

    What happens after launch?

Two weeks of bug fixes are included. After that we can plan the next slice, or I hand everything over with a walkthrough so any developer can pick it up.

Got an idea? Let's slice it.

Tell me what you're building in a couple of sentences. I reply within two business days, and the scoping call is free.
